Why does delivery take longer than typical online stores?

This approach takes a bit longer than pre-stocked inventory but allows us to offer you premium products and unique designs.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times vary by product type:

  • Apparel & Home Items: 6-20 business days total for US orders (1-3 days processing, 2-7 days production, 3-10 days shipping)
  • Footwear: 6-20 business days total for US orders (1-3 days processing, 3-7 days fulfillment, 3-10 days shipping)
  • International: 10-34 business days total

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.

What carriers do you use?

We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced items within 7 days of receipt. Because many items are made to order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for non-defective items such as wrong size, change of mind, or style preferences.
